My son and I visited the night before picture day at school. We waited 1 hr 20 min to be seen. I explained my son's hair type/ texture, the exact way I wanted it cut (i.e. very little off the back because of his cowlick) I even showed her a picture of how the regular little boys shape up should look when she's done. She cut and cut and cut until she looked at me and said this is so bad I'm not charging you. I can fix it by shaving it all one length with a #2 guard. ?

I recieved a hair cut from a professional that honestly didnt know how to do the cut and her manager said she would be ok she didnt cut it correct cut way to much of my bangs off and now I'm being told I still have to pay for the cut that is messed up not a happy camper oh and the wait was 8 minutes I have been here almost 2 and half hours
